Burlington Short-Sales
We are starting to see some short-sale properties in Vermont and the Burlington Area. A Short-Sale is a sale in which the sale price is less than what is owed on the home. This is often done to avoid foreclosure. As a buyer of a short sale this could mean instant equity in your pocket.
Because of the relatively strong housing market in the Burlington area, there are few short-sale properties.
