Omega Real Estate Associates, Inc. has the exclusive right to brokerage for 40+ commercial buildings in Williston, South Burlington, Burlington, Colchester and Essex which comprise over 1,000,000 SF of industrial, retail, and office space.  Additionally, we have many development projects in the works, giving our clients more options for both residential and commercial buildings.  This relationship of exclusivity allows all potential tenants to deal with one entity from lease negotiations through final fit-up and occupancy.  Our ultimate goal is to have long-term tenants that are satisfied with their spaces at the most affordable cost.
