Omega Real Estate Associates would like to welcome Tailored Living of Vermont – a custom closet and epoxy flooring installer. The company has grown into a larger space located at 220 Pioneer Drive in Williston, Vermont.
The Landlord remodeled the space before Tailored Living moved in. We asked Bryan Randall, the owner, some questions about his company and its new home. Read his answers below. What is your company and what services do you provide?
Tailored Living is a locally owned franchise that designs and installs customized storage solutions for your home, garage or business. The solutions can consist of custom closets, pantries, home offices, Murphy beds, storage shelving, entertainment centers, racks, and epoxy flooring. We offer free consultation to learn about the project and to tailor the design solution to the individual need.
Who could use your product/service?
Our clients are both residential and commercial. For residences, our goal is to create solutions that get and keep our clients organized. We also offer epoxy floor systems that not only protect concrete from salt damage, but also make those spaces easy to clean and offer a custom look. For commercial applications, we offer epoxy chip, quartz and urethane floor systems for just about any application including restaurants, breweries and warehouses.
What is your company really good at?
Understanding the needs of our clients, designing the right solution the first time, and top notch customer service!
Is there a memorable experience you or your business has had that you would like to share?
One of our clients selected us over a competitor to design a closet solution for a remodel project. It was her first custom closet and we worked to make sure that all her items would fit, and provide the organization she desired. When we completed the job, she sat down on her bed and wept – We weren’t quite sure what to do at first, but she let us know that we hit it out of the park! It was the most gratifying experience, and validated for us the impact that we can make in someone’s life.
What is your goal in this new space?
Our goals for this space are: (1) Consolidate our operations in one location, (2) Give us the space we need to stay organized ourselves, (3) Streamline our operations, and (4) Provide space for future growth.
What are you most excited about for the next five years?
Being able to serve our customers better by providing easier access to our products and services.
