We would like to announce a new home for SymQuest at 271 North Main Street in Rutland, Vermont!
The former restaurant was transformed into a vivid and bright new retail space. General contracting and construction was performed by the LNP, Inc. We were excited to hand over the keys of the beautiful new home for SymQuest.
We asked Brad McElveen, the Director of Operations, a few questions to see how they can help you today!
What products/services does your location provide?
SymQuest designs and delivers a wide array of business technology products and services ranging from Network design and implementation, Cloud, Enterprise Content Management, VoIP, Smart Boards, physical surveillance systems, MFPs, and Printers.
Who could use your product/services?
We service over 2,400 clients from Upstate New York to the State of Maine.
Our base of customers consists of almost every type of business or organization. Our solutions fit well with Healthcare, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Legal and financial verticals, and any organization looking to leverage technology to reduce costs and gain efficiencies.
What is your company really good at?
SymQuest excels at understanding the goals and needs of an organization and providing solutions to solve them through innovative business and information technology. We strive to build long-lasting business relationships and creating raving fans.
Is there a memorable experience would like to share?
The most rewarding aspect of our job is giving back to the communities we serve. It is one of our five points of light in our mission statement. It was great to witness the recipient’s faces of the five charitable organizations that received donations from SymQuest at our recent Rutland open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
What is your goal in this new space?
SymQuest invested in this new space so that we could have a demonstration center to showcase the latest in business technology to the Rutland business community. Our new space allows our local area employees to thrive professionally and collaborate in order to provide the best customer experience possible.
What are you most excited about for the next five years?
We are excited about our growth and being a part of the continual digital transformation upon us. SymQuest and our parent company, Konica Minolta, are well poised to be at the forefront of this evolution, helping our customers fully succeed.
